mpqc-openmpi software package provides Massively Parallel Quantum Chemistry Program (OpenMPI transitional package), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mpqc-openmpi
mpqc-openmpi is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mpqc-openmpi package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mpqc-openmpi *
You will get with mpqc-openmpi package name, version, architecture and description in a table
